Condition guide

When considering donating your vehicle to Ride for Good, it's important to understand the different conditions that qualify for donation. Running vehicles are typically the most desirable, as they can be quickly sold or auctioned to benefit the community. However, even if your vehicle doesn't run, it may still be accepted as long as it can be transported. Non-running vehicles can be stripped for parts or recycled, offering potential funding for local services.

In terms of vehicle titles, there are specific considerations to keep in mind. A clean title is ideal for donation, while salvage titles may be accepted but could limit the vehicle's resale value. Rebuilt or reconstructed titles might be considered on a case-by-case basis. If a lienholder is present, we recommend contacting them to facilitate the donation. Lastly, a missing title can complicate the process, but we can provide guidance on how to proceed.
